To report a lost or stolen card, sign into your online banking and complete the “Request a New Card” form under Member Center, or in the app by selecting the “More” icon. You may also call card services after-hours at the number below that corresponds with the affected card(s):

In the event your card is closed due to lost/stolen, and or fraud, we will automatically issue you a new card and mail it to the address we have on file. You should receive it within 7 to 10 business days.
